Remedies to loosen constipation
Here are Remedies to loosen constipation, but the bottom line always is, you have to figure out WHY you are getting constipated because just fixing that health issue without knowing why it happened, will only cause problems later on.
For me I NEVER had constipation, but always had loose bowels UNTIL I moved to this very toxic city where there’s tons of poison spraying, 5G radiating street lamps, and toxic industrial plants around. I had no idea. Within 3 weeks (that’s all it took), I went from loose stools to nonstop constipation, and when I was attacked by the evils in August 2024, I was so backed up that I was very nervous. I had no appetite either.
That’s when I reached out to find solutions because this is all VERY dangerous.
Remember, your digestive system runs your entire body including your brain (small intestine). If it’s not working properly, the rest of your body won’t.

Most of these are solutions from others. I won’t put quotes around them for speed
- Drink water with sea salt until and you will get a bowel flush – see Darko Velcek’s articles/videos. My friend suffered for years from intermittent chronic constipation and now swears by this.
- Pint of pure celery juice on an empty stomach in one go
- I remember just now that strawberry leaf will heal leaky gut and constipation issues, works as a laxative, contains the highest amount of vitamin C, and is easily available to source, I’d recommend adding to a diet. Link 1 and Link 2.
- shi hu dendrobii tea or stem tonic
- Psyllium husk
- Prumes
- Dates (I don’t know if he meant prunes since some people don’t know the difference).
- Sodium bicarbonate, baking soda not baking powder.
- Potassium carbonate as electrolytes.
- Raw honey for energy.
- These are my recommendations: bentonite clay. I have a guy I buy mine from if you want his info, reach out. Definitely organic coconut charcoal. It’s hard to find a good company, and my mistake was NOT drinking enough water after taking those, so make sure you do that. I also have a water structure unit I recently bought, and REAL shangite stones to put in the bottom of your water pitcher. That I really liked.
I hope this helps give you remedies for your constipation issues because you should be having a bowel after every meal, so if you only have one bowel movement and you eat 2 or 3 meals per day, that means you are constipated. It’s very dangerous.
